trovianquelos offers refunds for business scaling services under specific circumstances. To qualify for a refund, requests must be submitted within 14 days of your initial service purchase or program enrollment. This cooling-off period allows you to evaluate whether our services align with your business goals.

Refund eligibility applies to our core business coaching programs, strategic consulting sessions, and digital resource packages. However, customized business assessments and one-on-one advisory sessions completed within the 14-day period are generally non-refundable due to their personalized nature.

We understand that business circumstances change. If you've encountered unexpected financial hardship or significant changes in your business structure that prevent you from utilizing our services, we may consider refund requests beyond the standard timeframe on a case-by-case basis.

Service Categories and Refund Terms

Our business scaling programs fall into different categories, each with specific refund conditions. Group coaching programs offer full refunds if requested before the second session begins. Individual strategy sessions can be refunded if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Digital resources and downloadable business tools are refundable within 7 days of purchase, provided they haven't been extensively utilized or copied. We track usage to ensure fair application of this policy. Video training series purchased as standalone products qualify for refunds within 14 days if less than 25% of the content has been accessed.

Annual program memberships include a 30-day refund window, minus any services already consumed or resources accessed during that period. This extended timeframe reflects the significant commitment involved in year-long business development partnerships.

Exceptional Circumstances

We recognize that extraordinary situations sometimes arise in business. While our standard refund policy provides clear guidelines, we maintain flexibility for genuinely exceptional circumstances such as serious illness, natural disasters, or significant economic downturns affecting your industry.

These exceptional reviews are conducted by our senior management team and consider factors beyond our standard criteria. We aim to balance fairness to all clients while maintaining the sustainability of our business operations.

Exceptional circumstance requests require additional documentation and may take longer to process. We appreciate your patience during these more complex evaluations.

Partial Refunds and Credits

In some situations, partial refunds or service credits may be more appropriate than full refunds. If you've utilized some services but experienced significant issues with others, we can calculate a pro-rated refund based on unused portions of your package.

Service credits offer flexibility for clients who wish to continue with trovianquelos but need to adjust their service timeline. Credits remain valid for 12 months from the original purchase date and can be applied to any equivalent or lower-value services.

Partial refunds are calculated based on fair usage principles, considering the value received versus the total package cost. Our client services team provides detailed breakdowns of these calculations upon request.
